Schneider is seeking a Truck Driver Recruiter in Green Bay, Wisconsin to build an ongoing pipeline of truck driver candidates and manage the full recruiting process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers. Responsibilities include using innovative sourcing techniques to identify truck driver candidates; reviewing applicants in Schneider’s applicant tracking system; interviewing candidates and promoting Schneider’s truck driving opportunities; serving as a subject matter expert on all driving roles available at Schneider; and providing timely updates to candidates regarding application and interview status while maintaining excellent candidate service. Qualifications include an associate degree in business administration, human resources, sales, or related field preferred; 2–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in truck driver recruitment; strong written and verbal communication skills; solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities; and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
