As the Test Automation Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of 3-5 Test Automation Engineers and QA/QC specialists responsible for validating the scientific quality, correctness, and scalability of our biological content, analytics, and data pipelines. You will remain a hands-on technical contributor, helping to develop scalable methods to assess the accuracy and reliability of our information and analytics. You will work within a cross-functional team of content scientists, knowledge engineers, and software engineers to build powerful tools for biomolecular data. Your responsibilities include: Team Leadership & Management — lead, mentor, and develop the team; define priorities, testing strategies, and quality goals; coordinate testing coverage with stakeholders; Technical Leadership & Execution — refine requirements and workflows to ensure scientific validity and testability; design automated quality controls and improve pipeline reliability; own the test automation lifecycle for data/features/tools; select or develop tools and maintain CI pipelines; Document testing efforts per quality frameworks (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IVDR).
