Responsibilities include developing new business and expanding equipment rental sales within the assigned Southeast Texas territory; prospecting and building relationships with construction contractors, industrial facilities, and municipalities; visiting job sites to recommend equipment solutions; preparing rental quotes and proposals; maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service; and promoting rental equipment including aerial lifts, generators, air compressors, light towers, construction equipment, and Caterpillar equipment. The goal is to meet and exceed territory sales targets.

What we’re looking for: experience in outside sales, territory sales, or equipment rental sales; strong customer relationships and sales skills; mechanical aptitude to understand equipment applications; proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; excellent communication skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technical field, or similar; equivalent experience may be considered. Preferred: bilingual English/Spanish; experience with construction or heavy equipment; familiarity with Caterpillar equipment; experience supporting construction, industrial, or municipal customers.
