This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and focuses on orchestrating cross-functional projects within Production, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, and Warehouse Shipping/Receiving. Key responsibilities include planning initiatives, building and maintaining product management systems, promoting accountability across department leadership, creating project maps with actionable milestones and stakeholder communications, and serving as the Asana conduit for status reporting. The role requires working with Distribution Center, Supply Chain, Planning & Fulfillment, and other departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives. You will lead working sessions to brainstorm and solve problems, design scalable processes, and improve transparency.
