Technical Recruiter, Production Engineering (Contract) Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support Production Engineering as the company scales. This contract role lasts 6 months with the potential to extend up to 2 years and may convert to full-time based on performance. You will own full-cycle recruitment for hardware, production, and manufacturing engineering, partner with production leaders to define hiring needs, drive process improvements, and uphold a high bar of talent and performance. Responsibilities include candidate management, interview coordination, sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and SOBO campaigns, building talent maps for market insights, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while representing Anduril’s brand. Qualifications include 4+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience, experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders, and experience recruiting for hardware and manufacturing environments. Knowledge of ITAR hiring policies is a plus. Onsite/hybrid at the Costa Mesa, CA office.
