This full-cycle recruiting role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top technical talent across software, machine learning, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines. You will partner with teammates and company leadership to refine recruiting processes, drive innovation and standards of excellence, and contribute to programmatic efforts such as intern and university recruiting. The ideal candidate embraces a collaborative, mission-driven mindset and a can-do attitude. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating onsite interviews, leading debriefs, managing offers, and closing hires; delivering a high-touch candidate experience; collaborating with hiring managers on headcount and strategy; expanding talent acquisition through tech talks and external events; contributing to employer branding; and analyzing data to raise the bar on hiring.
