Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager II for Capacity Constraints Management in Cloud Infrastructure, based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States (onsite). You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs to plan and deliver data center initiatives, focusing on capacity constraints such as power, space, cooling, operations, and networking in colocated deployments. Responsibilities include supporting the delivery of projects, managing data center constraints, creating and managing physical layouts and standards, and defining tooling requirements for planning and delivery. You will own and support relationships between cross-functional teams, track deployment workflows with partner teams, and raise issues to ensure on-time follow-through. You will influence the development of new products (NPI) and colocation server floor design decisions, focusing on upcoming fleet-wide transitions in ML and accelerators. You will drive the development of new tools and decision-making frameworks for optimizing fleet life-cycle. Compensation in the US ranges from $138,000 to $197,000 plus a 15% bonus target, equity and benefits.
