We are looking for you as soon as possible as a member of our Accounting department at the Bochum site. Become part of thinkGROUP and support us as Team Lead Accounting (m/f/d).
Responsibilities Your duties - Professional and disciplinary leadership of the accounting team - Ensuring proper and timely accounting - Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB - Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable and payments - Further development and standardization of processes and workflows - Support in budgeting, forecasts and business analyses - Collaboration with auditors, tax advisors and internal specialized departments - Active involvement in digitization and automation of financial processes - Establishment of clear structure and process organization in a growing environment
