Intermountain Centers is seeking a Team Lead to provide clinical and administrative oversight for an assigned team of clinical staff in Tucson, Arizona, United States. The Team Lead will support the team, provide direction, manage day-to-day operations, and coordinate caseload assignments to ensure services are delivered within contractual timelines and licensing standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining open communication to support team members and clarify performance expectations; coordinating work schedules to ensure program coverage; ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual timelines and regulatory requirements; monitoring staff productivity; coordinating collaborations with outside service providers for care resources; maintaining documentation of client contact hours and generating required reports; organizing and participating in monthly team supervision sessions; ensuring supervision is documented and submitted to Human Resources; maintaining an approved schedule and acceptable attendance; and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Experience: prior experience in a behavioral health setting and supervisory experience preferred. Certifications/Licenses: CPR, First Aid & AED as required; Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card required upon hire; valid Driver’s License with vehicle insurance if required; TB testing as required.
