Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
• Ensure a smooth candidate journey
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Collaborate with People Services & Culture and business leaders to implement recruitment strategies
• Source talent via job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Maintain accurate ATS records for compliance and reporting
• Represent the company at career events and industry forums to strengthen employer branding
• Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices
• Provide ad-hoc support for talent-related initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruitment experience in corporate or agency settings
• Strong experience in scheduling, interviewing, extending offers, and salary negotiations
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and site partners
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
