Re18, a longevity tech platform focused on preventive health journeys, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the full candidate lifecycle and HR operations. You will run full-cycle recruitment for all roles, proactively source top talent, assess candidates, and secure hires across multiple channels. You will build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and role profiles, and develop employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. You will provide strategic decision support through recruitment analytics and HR metrics, and serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries. You will coordinate new-hire onboarding and benefits setup, maintain HR records in line with data protection requirements, and contribute to talent management processes and policy development to improve team experience and culture. You will also help rollout HR initiatives that support performance cycles and ongoing feedback. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or a related field, at least 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience, hands-on sourcing across departments and seniority levels, strong knowledge of HR functions including records compliance and benefits administration, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and strong organizational abilities in a fast-growing environment.
