This part-time internship offers hands-on experience across recruitment and HR initiatives, including research, data collection, process improvement, candidate sourcing, screening, offer creation, onboarding, and recruiting administration using the Taleo ATS. You will maintain accurate recruiting and employee records, assist with onboarding, monitor the Marcus Careers inbox, and collaborate with divisional and corporate HR colleagues to support recruiting objectives. You will participate in career fairs, community outreach events, and employer branding activities as needed to support talent attraction. Qualifications include pursuing or completing a degree in Human Resources or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and time management, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint, professionalism and confidentiality, and a willingness to learn new skills and software. This role requires on-site work in Milwaukee during the school year.
