The role covers the full recruitment cycle—from advertising vacancies and shortlisting candidates to closing offers and completing contract paperwork—while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities include owning the sourcing lifecycle, partnering with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, and developing and executing effective sourcing strategies. You will source, screen, and deliver highly qualified candidates for roles across the Schools and Head Office; prepare and issue contract offers accurately; and maintain regular communication with candidates through the sourcing and offer-to-acceptance process.
