JAPANMART, an authentic Japanese-style convenience store, is seeking a friendly, reliable Sushi/Kitchen Team Lead to supervise daily operations for our sushi and cooked foods sections in Arcadia, California. The Sushi/Kitchen Team Lead will assist with sushi preparation, food assembly, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace while delivering excellent customer service. This full-time role (36–40 hours per week, flexible scheduling) supports our prepared foods and sushi offerings and reports to the Executive Chef.
