Moncler is seeking a full-time Stock Controller for our Milan Montenapoleone flagship store. This on-site position is based in Milan, Italy, and will be responsible for supporting all warehouse operations to ensure products are available to clients in a timely manner. The Stock Controller will organize and maintain the stockroom, monitor stock rotations, new arrivals and changes, and provide the sales team with accurate stock information to support an effective level of service. Responsibilities include stock replenishment, stock cyclic counts, inventories, and stock room maintenance; ensuring counts are conducted regularly and reporting discrepancies to the line manager; handling customers’ repair requests, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring after-sales procedures are correctly followed; and supporting colleagues in administrative activities. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in stock management or retail operations, preferably within the luxury or premium retail sector; strong attention to detail and well-organized; experience with RFID systems is highly valued; fluent in Italian and English; availability to work during weekends; digitally savvy and open to new ways of working. Compensation & Benefits: Employment under the CCNL Tessile collective agreement. Gross annual salary range: €25,500–€29,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. A competitive sales commission scheme linked to store performance.
