Gambit is seeking a Staff Technical Account Manager to own the post-sale relationship for a small book of strategic enterprise accounts from kickoff through renewal. You will lead onboarding, define success criteria, coordinate agentless connections of cloud accounts, IaC repositories, and backup platforms, and validate business application mapping, criticality tiering, and RTO/RPO targets with customers.

You will translate Balens findings into prioritized, remediation plans aligned with business impact, engineering effort, cloud cost, and risk retirement, enabling customers to fund and execute the work. You will conduct recurring posture reviews covering resilience score movement, infrastructure drift, backup coverage gaps, immutability violations, and restore point health. You will advise on backup policy design, retention and immutability configuration, cross-region and cross-account isolation, and validated recovery paths; facilitate recovery readiness exercises against real business applications.

You will build control-level compliance evidence packages for internal and external auditors across DORA, NIS2, SOX, SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF 2.0, and NIST 800-53 Rev 5. You will own quarterly business reviews with executive sponsors: outcomes achieved, posture trend, risk retirement, and roadmap. You will produce executive-facing deliverables, including resilience posture assessments, peer benchmarks, and cost-of-remediation analyses for a CISO audience.
