The role translates business priorities into sustainable technical designs, provides architectural leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, and ensures secure, scalable, and well-integrated technology solutions. Responsibilities include defining solution architecture and integration patterns for CPF, CPIA, and related ITSCE country products; partnering with product owners, country teams, OPCS, and IT delivery teams to translate priorities into feasible options and decisions; assessing trade-offs, risks, non-functional requirements, and total cost of ownership; collaborating with platform, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to align with enterprise standards and roadmaps; preparing architecture diagrams, technical presentations, decision records, and solution walkthroughs; mentoring engineers and promoting reuse, security-by-design, interoperability, and responsible adoption of emerging technologies including AI capabilities.
