This 12-week, full-time remote internship (May 18 – August 8, 2027) is based in Dallas, Texas, United States, with limited travel for trainings, meetings, conferences, and related activities. Interns will contribute to real-time projects, collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams, and gain experience across multiple technology teams including Air Operations – Crew Technology, Air Operations – Revenue Management Technology, Air Operations – Crew Scheduling, People & Finance – People and Communications, and Tech Operations – Parts, Finance and Reliability. Duties include analyzing, designing, coding, testing, documenting, and implementing software solutions that meet customer requirements; staying aware of technology trends; and meeting project commitments. Required coursework or experience includes Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, or Node.js; AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Redshift, Glue, ECS, Kinesis); Apache Kafka; RESTful APIs and microservices; Git and version control; CI/CD pipelines; and Agile or SAFe methodologies.
