Role: You will own features end to end across our gateway infrastructure, enterprise deployments, and agentic systems. The work leans backend and infrastructure, but you may contribute to UI when needed. Claude and Codex are your primary working environment, and you will use a fleet of agents to move faster than a team this size has any right to. Roles are available across levels; what matters most is judgment, range, and speed.

About You: You are a builder with a track record of shipping to real users, you ship and then iterate, have strong fundamentals, and care about product value and customer needs over technical purity. You take infra seriously, think about blast radius and trust boundaries, can read unfamiliar code, reason from first principles, and explain your tradeoffs. You are comfortable across the stack (TypeScript, Python, CockroachDB) and pick up new languages, protocols, and domains quickly. You are excited to build with agents and AI, and you want room to move without heavy process.
