Our Senior Content Marketer writes the social posts (LinkedIn, X); you handle engagement and amplification on LinkedIn and X, Reddit and niche trade communities, newsletter distribution, creator partnerships, brand monitoring, and event social presence. Your buyers—operators in industrial distribution, healthcare, pharma, supply chain, manufacturing, automotive, construction, food & beverage, and field services—live in specific corners of the internet. Your job is to ensure InstaLILY shows up where they already are, and to do so with a credible peer voice rather than a purely corporate brand. What You'll Do - LinkedIn engagement: Manage comments, amplification, and engagement on our CEO, COO, and brand posts; build the community and drive measurable engagement growth. - X engagement: Replies, retweets, monitoring, and reactive engagement on our CEO, COO, and brand accounts. - Reddit and niche communities: Write thoughtful posts and engage authentically in priority verticals; build credible presence over time. - Newsletter distribution: Drive subscriber growth via social and ensure newsletters land cleanly with each audience. -
