Origami Risk is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to drive reliability and scalability of its cloud-based SaaS platform. This role leads post-incident investigations, identifies root causes, and drafts clear RCAs, while implementing preventative measures to minimize future disruptions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements that improve scalability and stability, develop client-focused dashboards and alerts to proactively identify performance challenges, and maintain core observability tools to ensure data is available for incident response and performance investigations. You will contribute to automation tools to streamline incident response and work with the Cloud Operations, SRE, and Engineering teams to advance our SaaS platforms. This position offers starting base pay between $100,000 and $120,000, eligibility for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match, along with flexible time off in most states. All full-time positions are hybrid, with many eligible to be completely remote.
