We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join the Productivity Engineering: Automation & Self-Service (PEAS) team within TechOps. This is a remote opportunity in the United States. You will own the reliability of production services and security in the software delivery pipeline, define and defend SLI/SLOs, lead incident responses, and improve CI/CD speed while maintaining safety.

What you’ll do: - Own and evolve SLI/SLO and error-budget frameworks; use reliability metrics to influence product decisions - Lead incident response, conduct postmortems, and implement systemic fixes rather than one-off patches - Build and maintain observability across metrics, logs, and traces (Datadog) - Design and operate resilient, scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform); manage production Kubernetes workloads and optimize cloud costs - Own CI/CD pipelines and safe deployment strategies (canary, progressive rollout, fast rollback) - Integrate security controls into the delivery pipeline (SAST, DAST, SCA tooling), ensuring issues surface during code review - Implement policy-as-code (OPA/Rego, Kyverno, Conftest) to block unsafe infrastructure and Kubernetes changes at admission time - Drive vulnerability triage and remediation SLAs for pipeline- and infrastructure-level findings, prioritizing by real risk - Partner with Security Engineers and broader Security & Reliability disciplines to own security in the pipeline and collaborate on related efforts - Participate in on-call rotations; develop r
