You will lead and support Agile ceremonies, collaborate with Product Owners and developers to define well‑scoped stories, and partner with stakeholders as a Business Subject Matter Expert, communicating across phone, web conferencing, and MS Teams. You will support the full project lifecycle from discovery through delivery, including analyzing existing system documentation, creating and maintaining project roadmaps, providing technical assistance, and producing and peer‑reviewing documentation such as functional specs, technical documents, and training materials.
