Umain is seeking a Senior Web Developer to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. We are a dynamic group focused on shaping, shipping, and scaling innovative software; you will work on a broad range of web technologies and modern stack projects. The role is based in Stockholm, with a hybrid work arrangement that emphasizes collaboration in the office while allowing flexibility when needed. Most of our work is built with JavaScript or TypeScript, often using Next.js, Node.js, or React, along with HTML and CSS. You will own the full application lifecycle from testing and CI/CD to deployment on hosting platforms such as GCP or AWS, and you will integrate with order and commerce ecosystems, CMS platforms, backend services, and payment providers. You will collaborate with major brands and large organizations and contribute to emerging tech trends and innovations.

What you bring: at least five years of professional Web Development experience; production experience building frontend services; comfort owning a system end-to-end from API design to deployment and operations; strong TypeScript skills and willingness to learn other languages as needed; experience making technical decisions, reviewing code, and mentoring peers; a product-minded approach focused on maintainability, user impact, and long-term health; comfort treating unfamiliar problems and new technologies as opportunities.
