Responsibilities

Notes: This role has no direct reports and reports to the Chief Financial Officer in the Money department.

• Serve as the Senior Project Manager for the Money department, driving core systems, accounting, BI, and FP&A initiatives from inception to launch.
• Promote accountability with structured plans and clear ownership, keeping technical sprints on track with transparency.
• Lead cross-functional programs focused on long-term planning to improve financial controls, data integrity, and month-end close efficiency.
• Translate complex business and accounting requirements into high-level technical scopes and actionable milestones for engineering teams.
• Prepare and present executive briefs detailing project updates, system milestones, and compliance risks to leadership.
• Facilitate high-energy working sessions to align stakeholders and streamline cross-department workflows.
• Maintain the departmental knowledge base to ensure financial workflows and BI logic remain accessible.
• Support strategic initiatives to scale the brand globally by building scalable, repeatable processes.
• Maintain a customer-obsessed mindset when designing brand and financial touchpoints.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience leading technical roadmaps supporting systems architecture and financial operations.
• Active PMP and/or Scrum/Agile certification with a track record of managing backend systems sprints.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting princ
