This role oversees data governance, data engineering, data platform development, reporting, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities to support AOUSC’s data and analytics objectives across 204+ federal courts. The Program Manager will supervise personnel, manage senior-level customer relationships, and drive delivery quality and process improvement. You will act as the single point of contact for contract execution, coordinate performance, engage strategic stakeholders, and operate with full authority on contract matters. You will serve as the senior technical authority across development, architecture, integration, and modernization activities; define the program’s technical strategy, architecture vision, engineering standards, and modernization roadmap; ensure alignment with security, enterprise, and compliance standards.
