Key Responsibilities - Sales & Indirect Tax: Manage preparation, review, and filing of sales and use tax returns across U.S. states and indirect tax filings in Canada; reconcile balances to the general ledger; ensure accurate tax determination in billing systems and ERP platforms; support audits and inquiries; collaborate with finance and operations to improve processes. - Income Tax: Assist in preparation of federal, state, and international income tax provisions under ASC 740; coordinate with outsourced tax service provider on provisions, returns, and schedules; prepare PBC requests; manage R&D tax credit study documentation; review calculations for accuracy; research open items and resolve issues; support transfer pricing documentation. - Business Registrations & Compliance: Manage registrations and renewals across jurisdictions; ensure regulatory compliance; coordinate with external advisors and government agencies; maintain database of registrations, deadlines,
