The Senior Software Engineer will design low-to-medium complexity features, develop high-performance Golang backend services, and deploy secure cloud resources within a FedRAMP-compliant environment. You will collaborate on clean API designs and optimize data architectures across Snowflake, DynamoDB, and Cassandra, leveraging Temporal for stateful workflow orchestration. In this FedRAMP-regulated setting, you will ensure microservices meet security, compliance, and observability standards while applying SRE principles to maintain resilience and availability. You will join a dynamic pod of engineers as a senior individual contributor and module lead, mentoring 2–3 engineers and contributing to SDLC improvements, code reviews, telemetry, and monitoring to meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs). Roadmap milestones include: within 30 days, set up local development environments and align with managers and stakeholders; within 60 days, deliver at least one medium-complexity feature in Go and participate in code reviews; within six months, lead a major architectural epic from design to production and propose improvements; within one year, own multiple core microservices and drive enhancements to the continuous delivery pipeline.
