Salary

Starting range of $92,000 – $112,000 annually. Overview: IFF is seeking a Senior Real Estate Project Manager to lead client-driven real estate consulting and development projects for nonprofit organizations. The role supports RES leadership and collaborates across departments to deliver real estate solutions that advance community impact.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute real estate consulting or development projects as project team lead, while supporting larger projects as a team member.
• Coordinate all aspects of project management, serve as trusted advisor to a diverse client portfolio, and analyze space needs, budgets, financing scenarios, and occupancy costs.
• Conduct site visits, coordinate due diligence, hire architects/contractors, obtain construction estimates, and develop project budgets.
• Prepare and deliver written reports, presentations, and feasibility analyses for clients.
• Monitor project progress against plan, schedule, and budget; address concerns and adjust as needed with client agreement.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, manage deadlines, and provide regular updates to clients and RES team.
• Bid and evaluate external vendors and consultants; guide client decisions on terms.
• Provide formal training and technical assistance to nonprofits on facilities and financing options, including CDFI financing.
