Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager, M&A Integration will own the day-to-day execution of Weber's integration program management office (IMO), reporting to the SVP of M&A and Integration. This is a build role focused on establishing repeatable processes, not simply maintaining them; the successful candidate will design and refine the operating rhythm, task tracking, and cross-functional coordination across a live, concurrent deal pipeline, with regular travel to newly acquired facilities. As deal volume grows, the role has a defined path to leading a small integration team. Key Responsibilities: Own and maintain the M&A integration task library and playbook across all active transactions, translating deal-specific requirements into workstream plans with clear owners, milestones, and dependencies. Lead the executive integration cadence, including weekly workstream stand-ups, biweekly leadership reviews, and monthly steering committee updates, delivering concise, decision-ready materials for leadership and the Stellex sponsor. Track integration risks, issues, and open decisions to closure; escalate blockers early with a recommended path forward rather than a status flag. Partner with FP&A/Pricing, Sales, Operations, HR, and IT workstream leads to sequence Day-1, Day-100, and full-integration milestones for each acquired entity. Maintain the cross-target facility and integration dashboard, keeping real estate, headcount, systems, and customer-transition data current and audit-ready.
