Senior Project Manager, Event Experience (m/f/d)

A. Lange & Söhne, a renowned luxury watchmaker and part of the Richemont Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Event Experience to shape the global presence of our traditional manufactory by delivering journey-based event concepts for Very Important Clients (VICs), prospects, and journalists—from strategic ideation to flawless on-site execution.

Responsibilities

Your profile:

End-to-end 360° project management: lead the conception, budgeting, and flawless delivery of high-end live formats—from intimate exclusive events to international large-scale programs—ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Journey-focused event design: create tailored, emotionally engaging customer journeys across all physical and digital touchpoints to deliver a consistent, luxurious brand experience.
Innovative live marketing: design and implement digital, hybrid, and immersive event concepts; oversee modern media productions (interactive spatial concepts and AV media).
Excellent partner management: lead external vendors, creative agencies, and premium partners with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.
Special projects & POS synergies: concept exclusive manufactory visits for VIPs, develop global event toolkits for international markets, and collaborate with the POS team for a seamless brand presence.
Degree in business administration, event management, media studies, or a related field.
At least 6 years of hands-on event management experience, including budget responsibility for major programs (over €1M) and strict adherenc
