The role oversees client relations, cost estimation alignment, scheduling, and milestone delivery, ensuring that contract requirements are met by all parties. Responsibilities include supporting bid walks with estimators, reviewing preconstruction requirements with superintendents, performing project buyouts, and maintaining schedules. The Senior Project Manager manages submittals, RFIs, safety programs, permits and licenses, and the documentation package including daily reports, logs, drawings, and as-built records. It also involves resource allocation, cost tracking, change orders, and timely invoicing to ensure payments. The candidate must understand contracts, plans, and specifications, be proficient with job costing, scheduling, and estimating software, and communicate effectively with clients, other managers, designers, superintendents, and crews.
