We are seeking project management professionals to join our expanding Real Estate team in Leeds, delivering construction and refurbishment schemes in the Retail sector.

Responsibilities include: - Lead end-to-end project management commissions, acting as the primary day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within cost targets and quality standards. - Manage commissions of varying scale and value; typical projects may be up to £40m in value, with larger engagements when advisory services (e.g., urban regeneration funding) are involved. - Advise at the strategic level at project conception; establish overall success criteria (time, cost, technical and performance parameters); plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues. - Establish project governance, processes and systems; produce detailed project plans; advise on resource procurement; lead cross-functional project teams; apply KPI-driven performance management; manage change control; monitor project finances. - Maintain effective flow of information between team and client through meetings and written communications; produce formal progress reports; interface with client and other consultants at all project stages.
