Manage complex projects in building construction, logistics and various industrial sectors from concept to detailed execution
Lead design, approval and execution planning and manage project teams
Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors and internal teams

Communicate precisely with clients and stakeholders

Plan, monitor, coordinate and control the building permit process per local legislation

Acquire projects and clients and develop long-term relationships

Conduct technical due diligence

Foster interdisciplinary, cross-site cooperation within planning and project team

Perform independent project lead work on planning and subject areas

Degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management or similar
At least 7 years of experience in leading design, approvals and execution planning and leading project teams
Knowledge of building permit requirements and processes per local legislation
Strong project management experience
High technical competence
Excellent English; German is a plus
Perseverance with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Strong social skills and ability to work independently
Willingness to travel
