The platform is cloud-native (FHIR R4), features AI-assisted clinical documentation, a leading cloud EHR, and event-driven services. Role: You will be Evergreen's first dedicated product hire, a player-coach, individual contributor responsible for translating the CTO’s product vision into a prioritized roadmap and shipping it with the engineering team. You will own product execution across the patient experience—from discovery and enrollment to conversion and ongoing care—while using data to guide next steps. In a subscription healthcare business, retention is the economic engine, so you will own instrumentation, analysis, and iteration that turns early patients into durable growth.

What you’ll own: - Patient funnel instrumentation and analytics from visit to intake to conversion to first fill to refill - Retention and lifecycle roadmap: activation, adherence, refill continuity, dunning and payment recovery, win-back - Backlog ownership and sprint-level prioritization with engineering - Clear product requirements and specs that engineers can build from without meetings - Pricing, bundling, and packaging decisions
