Your mission is to design the B2C product end-to-end for both funnels, deeply understanding B2C users and their behavior along the funnel, defining design goals, prioritizing problems, and translating insights into flows, interactions, and a consistent UI.

Lead the discovery process from hypothesis through research and prototyping to validation with measurable outcomes (conversion, retention, winback rate). Establish an AI-first design process: leverage AI for faster testing, better synthesis, and data-informed decisions, iterating directly in the codebase with Claude. Maintain clean explorations using Git branches and collaborate closely with Engineering on pull requests, linting, and production merges. We intentionally blur the boundaries between design and engineering.

You will work closely with two Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders from Growth, Marketing, and Operations.
