Big Ticket LLC is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer – CRM & Customer Communications to join its Marketing team in Abu Dhabi on a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will lead the creative development and execution of all CRM communications across Email and WhatsApp, including brand campaigns, promotional assets, and automated customer journeys. You will translate campaign briefs into high-quality, on-brand creative aligned with commercial objectives, own the end-to-end design process from concept to final delivery, and collaborate closely with the CRM Manager and the broader Marketing team. You will develop scalable design templates, components, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency across CRM channels, optimize creative based on campaign performance and customer insights, and stay up to date with CRM design trends and emerging tools. You will manage multiple projects, provide UX/UI support, and assist with post-production content as required, ensuring all assets adhere to brand guidelines.
