Archera is seeking a Senior GL Accountant to own and scale the general ledger and day-to-day accounting across multiple entities and cloud ecosystems. You will manage the full procure-to-pay cycle, maintain spend controls, and drive accurate, on-time monthly and quarterly closes. This hands-on role builds scalable, well-documented processes in collaboration with Finance, Product, Sales, and Engineering to keep the books compliant and audit-ready in a high-growth environment. Key responsibilities include preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules; owning the procure-to-pay cycle and spend controls; managing prepaid assets and lease accounting under ASC 842; handling cash and intercompany activity; supporting GL, budgeting, and close activities; ensuring multi-state tax compliance; delivering ad hoc analyses; and driving system improvements (e.g., Sage Intacct, RAMP, FloQast) for a multi-entity organization. Qualifications include 4+ years of accounting with strong GL experience in a multi-entity environment, BS/BA in Accounting, US GAAP, and experience in SaaS/FinTech or tech-driven industries; ERP experience in procurement; advanced Excel; and a track record in high-growth or startup settings. Preferred are ASC 606 revenue accounting, familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP Marketplace, experience supporting financial statement audits, and experience with Sage Intacct, RAMP, and FloQast, plus ASC 842 lease accounting.
