Jet Aviation Basel is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead reporting and controlling for the EMEA region and to support the Senior Manager Finance EMEA with regional reporting and analysis. In this role, you will consolidate actual results and forecasts under US GAAP during month-end close, perform revenue and profitability analysis, and prepare monthly management reports with key insights on performance and variances versus budget and prior forecast. You will drive the forecasting process, coordinate the local budgeting, and support multi-year project controlling, including the presentation of the budget deck to senior management. You will also optimize processes and tools to enhance transparency and profitability, collaborate with Corporate Finance in Basel for group reporting deliverables, and assist with audits and SOX documentation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, 8+ years of experience in reporting and controlling, advanced Excel skills (VBA a plus), experience with SAP/SAP BW, familiarity with Hyperion, knowledge of US GAAP, and proficiency in German and English. A background in the General Aviation industry is advantageous.
