About the Role We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps & Platform Engineer to own our cloud infrastructure and drive its reliability, security, and scalability. In this hands-on senior individual contributor role, you will define the technical direction of our platform, lead infrastructure initiatives from concept to implementation, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, AI, and Security teams. You will identify opportunities for improvement, solve complex infrastructure challenges, and establish best practices that enable teams to build and ship securely at scale. This role emphasizes ownership, initiative in ambiguous environments, and the ability to turn ideas into pragmatic, high-impact solutions. While not a people management role, you will provide technical leadership, set engineering standards, and mentor fellow engineers through collaboration and guidance.
