Senior Data Engineer (Scala) – Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid) We are looking for Senior Data Engineers to build a highly scalable and fault-tolerant data ingestion layer for millions of Allegro customers. The data platform collects 5 billion clickstream events every day (up to 150k per second) across all Allegro sites and mobile apps. This is a hybrid solution using a mix of on-premises infrastructure and Google Cloud Platform services such as Spark, Kafka, Beam, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and Dataflow. You will work with languages like Scala, Java, and Python; have a strong understanding of distributed systems, data storage, and processing frameworks (dbt, Spark, Apache Beam); and know cloud environments like GCP (Dataflow, Composer) or Azure/AWS.
