Senior Data Analyst – Claims Analytics (Hybrid, Suresnes, Île-de-France, France). Direct Assurance, a French online leader in auto insurance and AXA subsidiary, is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Analytics team in the Claims division. The role focuses on understanding, extracting, and interpreting data related to claims management to deliver indicators and analyses for the Claims Directorate. The success of this position relies on strong technical fundamentals and a genuine curiosity about the practical, on-the-ground aspects of claims handling in insurance.

Key responsibilities: - Master the technical environment to extract and interpret data related to claims. - Serve as the data contact for claims, collaborating with other services (technical direction, hypervision, customer experience, marketing, etc.) to gather data needs (exports, dashboards) and challenge them with your technical expertise. - Apply your knowledge of claims data to provide critical insights on the monitoring and evolution of indicators. - Be involved operationally to understand claims data and the associated operational activity, and contribute with impactful analyses. - Use your curiosity and knowledge to understand topics and deliver in-depth analyses.

Your profile: - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in actuarial science, statistics, engineering, or business school with a technical profile. - Leadership competencies: curiosity, proactive understanding of the business, ability to collaborate across teams, and rigour in data extraction. - Technical skills: Office suite; mastery of Excel, Python
