Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans with schedules, budgets and resource allocation; coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors; implementing governance and lifecycle processes; conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies; monitoring finances and managing change control in accordance with government regulations; and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders through regular reports and mandated documentation. You will ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental regulations and government procurement standards, and mentor junior project managers to uphold chartered standards.
