As a Senior Business Analyst, AI & Data, you act as the bridge between business challenges and technical solutions, leading AI-enabled transformations to ensure every technology investment delivers measurable business value. You will guide executives and stakeholders through transformations and own the alignment of business objectives with implementation and outcomes.

Core Responsibilities: - Executive & Stakeholder Discovery: lead high-impact interviews and workshops with executives, IT, and business stakeholders to uncover root-cause problems and define project vision, scope, and success metrics. - Process & Value Stream Design: map As-Is and To-Be value streams and business processes; identify bottlenecks and automation/AI opportunities; quantify benefits to support prioritization. - Requirements for Data, AI & GenAI: elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, including AI/ML and GenAI features; capture business rules and decision logic; define data requirements; specify model behavior, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop interactions. - Delivery, Change & Outcomes: navigate organizational hierarchies to build consensus; support PoCs and pilots; oversee UAT; ensure quality of BA deliverables; coach project team members. - AI-Enabled BA Practice & Client Relationships:
