GE Aerospace is seeking an experienced Appian Architect and Technical Lead to design, develop, and govern solutions on the Appian low-code business process automation platform. This role combines hands-on solution development with technical leadership, including architecture guidance, code and design reviews, development standards, and coaching of team members. The ideal candidate will help ensure that Appian solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned to business outcomes.

Participate in domain technical and business discussions regarding the future architecture direction for Appian-based workflow and business process automation solutions.
Analyze, design, and develop a roadmap and implementation plan based on current vs. future state architecture.
Gather and translate business, process, data, and technical requirements into scalable Appian solution designs.
Participate in Enterprise Architecture governance to ensure Appian solutions align with standards, security requirements, and integration patterns.
Support software and data platforms with reusable Appian components, shared objects, integrations, and design patterns that can be orchestrated across multiple solutions.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, Appian capabilities, and industry trends to support project development and operational improvement.
