We are seeking an ambitious, friendly, positive, and compassionate Communications Project Manager to join our team. The role is to implement, establish and maintain systems that facilitate patient engagement with the practice, including patient texting, the patient portal, form intake, appointment waitlists, appointment recalls, and mass patient communications. You will manage staff access, troubleshoot relevant systems, and complete implementation projects. You will develop and report on targets and success metrics for each area, in coordination with Leadership across Operations, IT, Billing and Infusion to ensure a cohesive communication strategy across AARA and LSARA.
Responsibilities include: - Monitor and track patient portal enrollments - Optimize digital patient adoption - Oversee staff process adoption - Create and maintain relevant SOPs - Track and facilitate mass patient communications - Complete strategic planning exercises - Create trend analyses relevant to areas of oversight
