Optum Insight is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support financial reporting and data analysis for the Behavioral Health Payment Integrity team. This remote role is open to candidates located in the United States, with flexibility for those based in the St. Louis, MO area. Primary responsibilities include collaborating with PI BAR teams, PNI Operations, and developers to ensure clear requirements for financial reporting; designing, automating, and documenting reports that accurately reflect financial requirements; performing data mapping from external sources for monthly financial reporting; conducting onshore financial analysis to ensure data quality and integrity prior to ingestion; coordinating data ingestion with onshore data engineers; validating datasets post-ingestion; partnering with onshore BI developers to build dashboards that meet customer requirements; performing quality assurance testing on dashboards prior to customer testing; and translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
