Responsibilities

• Support the Team Lead Accounting Italy in day-to-day accounting operations, and manage the full accounting cycle including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payment processing.
• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with Italian accounting standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and digitalization of accounting processes.
• Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and contribute to its ongoing optimization.
• Transform accounting processes from reactive solutions into structured, scalable, and repeatable workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the Group Finance team at the Vienna headquarters and with colleagues across international subsidiaries.
• Support tax audits and work with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Participate in group-wide finance projects and accounting process harmonization initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally within an international company or group structure.
• Strong knowledge of Italian accounting principles and relevant tax regulations.
