We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team at our Springfield, Oregon headquarters. This on-site role offers a strong mix of accounting operations, financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement in a growing manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include: - Perform general accounting functions, including journal entries and account analysis - Complete general ledger and bank reconciliations - Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting packages - Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and reporting support - Develop and maintain accounting reports and supporting documentation - Assist with process development, workflow improvements, and internal documentation - Support accounting technology initiatives and continuous improvement efforts - Cross-train to provide backup across multiple accounting functions - Collaborate with internal departments to support operational and financial initiatives - Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls - Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, audits, and reporting requests

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred or Associate degree with relevant accounting experience and demonstrated competence in accounting principles
3–5+ years of professional accounting experience preferred
