As a Senior Account Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management and support of employee benefits programs, ensuring client satisfaction and successful renewals.

Responsibilities

Lead servicing of a designated book of business, including renewals, marketing, issue resolution, and client support.
Use independent judgment to analyze industry trends and advise clients.
Address escalated claims, billing, and eligibility issues to ensure timely outcomes.
Develop financial models and client-facing reports; interpret results and provide actionable recommendations.
Participate in client strategy and renewal meetings to align results with commitments.
Lead marketing of all product lines; prepare and present results with oversight.
Manage communications and open enrollment activities to ensure a smooth renewal process, and support implementation.
Participate in negotiations with carriers for new and renewal quotes; prepare renewal presentations and present results.
Analyze quotes to determine appropriate recommendations and ensure adequate coverage.
Identify gaps in coverage or cross-sell opportunities and provide recommendations.
